I am more than happy to announce that we are successfully made a GLUTEN-FREE CARROT CAKE to serve all the customers who suffering from coeliac disease or allergic to gluten. We use all natural ingredients and gluten substitutes to replace all allergens without sacrifice its taste and softness of a carrot cake, we also use olive oil to replace the butter to further minimize its fat content.
